I'm Gwen, and if you're reading this, you're probably searching for help. I'm a licensed Physical Therapist who will work with you, one-on-one, to get your physical health back. 

 

My passion for fitness and helping people developed as a teenager, which led me to the University of Missouri, Colombia to earn a degree in Health Sciences as a Physical Therapist -- and compete for their Division I volleyball program.

 

After graduation, I immediately began work as a traveling Physical Therapist, gaining indispensable experience in fast-paced settings with diverse patients. I later married a Navy F/A-18 Hornet Pilot and had three beautiful daughters, My practice continued while we traveled the world, and were eventually based Japan.

 

In Spring 2014, my family and I settled in San Marcos, where I opened the HealthWest Physical Therapy Clinic inside SoCal Athletics. 

 

When I'm not helping patients get out of pain, I coach youth volleyball and sports performance clinics at SoCal Volleyball Club. I also love the beach and relaxing with my wonderful family.
